RUCKING

If weight loss is your goal, then rucking could be for you! Rucking is simply walking with a weighted pack.

We start light and increase the weights as your fitness grows. The ideal way to get fit whilst enjoying the countryside on our doorstep.

I lead these highly effective sessions

twice-daily Monday to Friday (lighter pace Tues & Thurs)
